LYNX-DEV Andrew's patch for XTerm mouse compatibility

I was just wondering about the possibility of including this patch in the
standard distribution and turning it off by default.  The only thing I
wasn't sure about was it's dependence upon ncurses.  Pine has a similar
option, but I don't think it depends on ncurses.  Does anyone have
opinions about this?  BTW, Pine has the same problem with cut and paste
and mentions it in the documentation.  Maybe Andrew could look at Pine and
improve his patch to not rely on ncurses...
