LYNX-DEV lynx2.6 & startfile

Yesterday I installed lynx2.6. When starting it I get error-msg.:

"lynx: Can't access start file 
  file://localhost/afs/uni-bonn.de/home/uzr109/lynx/htmls/home_voe.html"
"Alert: unable to access document"

my lynx.cfg is: STARTFILE:file://localhost/u/uzr109/lynx/htmls/home_voe.html 


Till now using LYNX2.5FM it worked without any problems. Any help?
