Eek! An example from that page:
<CENTER><TR><TD><FONT SIZE=+1><A HREF="text.shtml" TARGET="text">
<ALT="Signal Front Page">
<IMG SRC="sigfp-sm.jpg"></A></A></FONT>
The <ALT=...> makes no sense; they intended to write <IMG
SRC="sigfp-sm.jpg" ALT="Signal Front Page">. Also, there are two
</A>'s where only one is required.
This bizarre usage seems to be everywhere on the site.
There's a notice at the bottom of the page saying "Most of Signal's
Pages were created and edited with Teleport's PageEditor tool."; if
that's the case, then PageEditor is *seriously* flawed.
