LYNX-DEV ** Bad HTML !! msg

Hello!
        I'm getting messages that say "** Bad HTML !! No form action 
defined. **" when I try to submit a form.

        Is there any thing I can do?  This seems to happen at sites that 
say they are optimized for Netscape or Explorer...
