0.22.  I checked Fri and 23 wasn't there.  This mail
early Sat morning before I checked again.

Ok, it strongly implies.  It says they "can be used when Links are numbered
mode is on".  These commands have nothing to do with keypad mode, so I thought
this reference should be removed.
I just noticed this when I was looking through the user's guide for references
to the "links are numbered" setting.
