Not as far as I know. There is a table at <URL:
ftp://www.unicode.org:/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MICSFT/PC/CP863.TXT> that
could be used, transforming it to the format needed in src/chrtrans/
should be straightforward. ( mostly s/\t0x/ U+/ and adding some lines,
commenting out at least contral chars 0x00-0x1f )
