up, generally, although it was down for about 10 minutes yesterday
when linux 2.1.54 finally gave up after 12 days.

also, just looking at the ip number the ping fails at (134.243.55.31),
that's not any machine immediately upstream of us, so it's failing
before it gets to us, or our line provider.

ObStatusReport: our new machine room is finished, and our new line
has been ordered, so that in about 2 weeks time, l.b.o. will be sat
on a dedicated machine, and we'll have double the bandwidth (2Mx2
rather than 2M) to two seperate providers. l.b.o. should stay up
and visible a lot more easily then (it's my high availability test
machine now)

If someone wants to mirror it as us.lynx.browser.org, or something,
then just let me know and we'll work something out.
