        If you can reply to this with an explicit statement that you are
a US or Canadian citizen (or permanent resident), and will not violate
any US Export Laws or RSA patents, I can email you a uuencoded
lynx271ssleay.zip with the SSL hooks.  The SSLeay.announce file in the
breakout of that zip tells where to get everything else you need.
