LYNX-DEV Help with Lynx

Wayne,
        I was looking for a super fast browsers (even if it is text only)
for win 95 and was told that Lynx is for me.  The problem is that I don't
know how to use it.  If you could tell me what needs to be configured, 
how to do it,  and a list of commands for lynx I would be most grateful. 
I am running win 95 with a dial up connection.  Thank you very much.
