There is a problem with lynxcgi: and the Pyton cgi module. Python cgis
work fine via a server, but fail with lynxcgi: URL's because
CONTENT_TYPE is not set. Should Lynx be setting this, or should Python's
cgi module be assuming urlencoded form data if unspecified?
