LYNX-DEV New version of slw32tty.c and cygwin lynx

I've been working on debugging the slang library WIN32 version so that
I can get a neat-looking port of lynx to the cygwin32 (from ftp.cygnus.com)
gcc/UnixunderWindows environment.  I think I have a really good version
of slw32tty.c, and I am writing this from the latest lynx using this
version.  Since I don't maintain a web page, I am interested in finding
a place that will accept my WIN32 libslang source code (in tar.gz format).

Any suggestions?
