LYNX-DEV RE: Lynx271f crashes VMS

The fix Fote provided to Lynx271f on December 16 (17?) corrected the CTRL/Z
access violations for VAX C (thanks, Fote!).  Any idea when a similar fix will
be available for the development version?  I notice -102 still exhibits the
problem.
