1st, get the latest 2-7-2 from lynx.browser.org/ :
Lynx keeps trying to handle bad HTML, but there's so much of it out there.
2nd, look in the Archive at www.flora.org/lynx-dev ,
which is searchable via www.crl.com/~subir/lynx/search-archives.html :
there has been discussion of the CENTER+FORM problem in recent months.
