I'm just compiling the current lynx dev sources for 386 DOS just
starting from zero.
Following chapter
V. Compiling instructions 386 DOS
in the file "INSTALLATION"
I found some things to be modified.
1. We should tell, which version of zlib to use.
I found the current version is 1.1.3.
2. The pdcurses 2.2 is no longer available at
the specified URL http://www.lightlink.com/hessling (and mirrows).
pdcures2.3 is released and there is no longer a beta release.
Is the mentioned patch for the pdcurses2.3 BETA still necessary
for the PD2.3 release?
