As long as the asking is user-settable, I wouldn't have a problem with it.
It's annoying enough having to hit 'v' for every other link I follow, to
also have to make the decision of "will I *ever* want a cookie from this
place again?" might overwhelm me. :)
I think this would be something to save for 2.8.2, though, because it would
require either A) moving COOKIE_REJECT_DOMAINS into the cookie file, or
B) writing to .lynxrc a whole lot more often than we are right now, both
of which I think are too much of a change this close to a release.
If anyone else wants to give it a try, though...
