lynx-dev sudden disconnection

we had a mail crash last Wednesday
& somehow as a result i seem to have been unsubscribed from lynx-dev.
possibly, this was the intentional reaction if a lot of mail was returned,
but it would be good to have some explanation
& to know that the problem was not a server glitch.
also, the last message i sent to lynx-dev did not get saved in the Archive:
i know it got distributed, as KW responded to it (grin to him).
