lynx-dev LYNX: firewall problem

Here is something I just posted to a netcom-specific newsgroup:

Does anyone HERE have any ideas?

Am using LYNX to TRY to connect to www.etn.com (where you can
make cheaper travel-reservations).

I get some cruft about "firewall", that I am "unauthorized",
that I (me, ie? netcom?) has inpenetrable firewall?

Please, what are they talking about?

They did offer, when I hit newline for id or password or
whatever they asked for (I forget), asked if I wanted
to proceed anyway; I said "y", and instantly got to
a page that said again (in different words) that there was
a firewall named "firewall" that I couldn't get through.

Any ideas?
