Works OK for me (Lynx-w32 I built this morning and wget/NT). "d" and
command line "-source" retrieved the same number of bytes.
$ ls -l *.pdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 0 everyone 72543 Apr 16 09:37
116068-da-01-de-FM_Sendemodul.pdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 0 everyone 72543 Oct 01 09:57 modul.pdf
Which Lynx on which OS do you have?
