lynx-dev Build.com for LYNX 2.8.3

[ANTHONY CAMPIERE]

     I have loaded all .c and .h files for Lynx 2.8.3 from the SRC folder
and the WWW.Implementation  folder into a single directory on our alpha.
Let's refer to this directory as Lynx.  What updates must I make to
build.com in order for it to compile and link the source and include files
that are now in this Lynx directory?  

   Also do I need the tables in the SRC.CHRTRANS directory?
