Here is how I start lynx:
setlocal
set address@hidden
start /pos=150,100,700,600 %home%lynx.exe %$
Put this in a lynx.cmd/.bat file on your path.
Replace $HOME with location of lynx.exe and set $LYNX_CFG
to the same.
