Sorry to correct you - everything worked fine until yesterday. 
...only after migrating to xubuntu, lynx acts up...  
It DOES work under openSUSE.

You can forget that, they don’t even want to support Lynx any more.
I complained loads about it. And their new banking is even worse…

That said, the SSL connection WFM.
