I'm inclined to this suggestion. I know we spoke before about
implement some sort of web-services instead, but since we decided
against creating a central monit query program (at least for now) then
implementing a web-service module for monit does not make much
sense. So, yes, creating a snmp module for monit sounds like a good
idea, allthough I have to admit that I'm not overly familiar with
snmp. If you would like to give it a stab I'll be happy to follow the
work and learn more about snmp. BTW, can you or others on this list,
point me to an URL where I can learn more about snmp?
