feature request "after n cycles"

Hi, 

I´m monitoring processes, which take
a large time ti start up, say 5-7 minutes, but
I want to check them on short notice,
when tey are running.

Using "every 3 cycles" gives
me the delay, which is too long once the process is up.

My suggestion would be to extend the
syntax with a "after n cycles", which could be used
in conjuction with "every m cycles".
