I'll interpret "no reply" as "I didn't provide enough
information". ;-) So in an attempt to help matters, I'll attach
Monotone's "MT/debug" output I got after running:

  monotone --branch=org.example.cxx merge

I'm using version 6b5ae8c9acf9c1dac18f4e67fec7993ba7c87ba4 of
Monotone (pretty much the latest). The heads are:
