[Monotone-devel] bug (tweak): attempt to run two transactions simultaneously

Hi there,

I found a small flaw when using monotone.

Behaviour: Open two shells, start a commit in the first one, but do not
complete it (wait on password prompt), enter some monotone command in
the second shell.
Result: Monotone prints out an error message with request to send a bug
report
Expected: Notice that a monotone transaction was not completed yet (or
something similar).

Output in shell:
