The idea has arisen again of holding what Dan suggests we call a "Mtn
Summit" -- basically a sprint, getting a bunch of people together
face-to-face to hack like mad for some period of time. Discussion:

There are all sorts of possibly insurmountable logistical issues,
especially regarding paying for things, but hard to even know what
they are without more data, so! If you hack monotone, or want to, and
