Running 64-bit Windows, but Cygwin is running 32-bit as usual (well,
it's the only available Cygwin at all :P) and shouldn't behave any
different at all.

% uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.2-WOW64 cyberone 1.5.24(0.156/4/2) 2007-01-31 10:57 i686 Cygwin

About the 'importing_files_with_non-english_names' test it may matter
that: LANG=it CHARSET=CP1252
(which should be correct, because I can see with 'ls' accented files
created in WinExplorer and see in WinExplorer accented files created
with 'touch')

Uh, strange: I had start that make *after* having read that that was
solved (and after having just sync'ed the db), so I guessed that should
have been included. Oh, well... launching a second test right now, with
revision 7977860279c0731e7eccc0940839ca139b9a1329.
