Windows native build uploaded (see http://monotone.ca).

FYI, mingw is failing three test cases:

 60 automate_db_variables                         FAIL (line 38)
481 util_mtnopt                                   FAIL (line 13)
122 checkout_in_windows_root                      FAIL (line 11)

It looks like they are not showstoppers ...
