BTW: this using upcoming Cygwin-1.7 <http://cygwin.com/#beta-test> with
the following environment:
% echo $CYGWIN
codepage:utf8
% echo $LANG
it_IT.UTF-8
Monotone compiled using cygport from the Cygwin-1.5 package.
Will be available shortly as monotone-0.42-2 on mirrors ;-)
