Hi Jens!

This was an issue in 0.45 which got fixed in 0.46. Apparently the
database you're using already contains one or more of the keys you're
trying to read in. Either import them one by one and ignore the failing
ones or upgrade to a newer version.

0.45 is already rather old, unfortunately we had a little Debian
maintainer "outage" a couple of months ago, which probably also affected
Ubuntu and thats why the latest and greatest Ubuntu comes with this
version still :(
