Isn't that normal for most mainboards though?

PCI: Using configuration type 1
PCI: Probing PCI hardware
PCI: Using IRQ router PIIX [8086/7110] at 00:07.0

I think the point of that router is to route legacy IRQ lines to PCI
INT# lines, but not certain.
