Summary:  tile_size and 800x600 resolution doesn't work together

Original Submission:  600 is not a multilpe of 32, therefore the height of the 
map gets automatically 'fixed' to 608, which is a multilpe of 32. This on the 
other sites caused the map to be scrollable by a few pixels, which is pretty 
useless and pretty anoying.

Either the tilesize should be fixed or better, the engine should be able to 
handle non multiple of tilesize values better.
