Summary:  tab-completion does only work for a single directory

Original Submission:  The tab-completion that is used to read in level names 
and other things works only for a single directory (~/.pingus/levels/), going 
to other directories and complete names there will not work.

This is a bug in the design of the completion function, which can only complete 
to a fixed set of strings, it can't generate completion lists on demand as 
needed here.
