[rdiff-backup-users] rdiff-backup for windows has a problem with root directory

Yes I tried all combination I could imagine except changing the working 
directory (smart thinking!!!).
Unfortunatly it didn't work either. Maybee I'm doing something wrong with my 
'globbing-file'?

My goal is to backup a windows client's c-drive in one session but just 
specific folders and then having a globbing file which looks like this example:

c:\users\...\Desktop
c:\program\xyz\settings
c:\someother_directory
