My friend and fellow programmer David Vázquez Púa and main developer of
cl-icalendar has decided to move this project to
https://github.com/davazp/cl-icalendar.  He also expressed to me his
support of GNU but he thinks cl-icalendar would better fit in github.
(I of course disagree in the later).

He asked me to remove the project from GNU Savannah.  As a GNU Savannah
volunteer I today made effective his request according to
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/RemovingProject.  This is not my
decision.  I'm here reporting the action for transparency.
