I tried compiling TOR but it had a bunch of compilation failures on my
machine so I can't investigate this currently.

If you can't help, and if you don't know anyone else who can help,
then the amount of users who are affected by this issue is so small
that we can safely ignore it for now.

mjflick, can you modify the topic in #savannah on irc.gnu.org to
mention that it is no longer dead?
