I am sorry you are affected by this anti-abuse strategy.  The problem is that
malicious agents create thousands and thousands of accounts in the attempt to
post spam or other malicious activity.  Therefore we have needed to implement
various anti-abuse policies.  One is that idle accounts are expired if they
are not used.  This policy is documented here.

Because you have now posted a ticket your account is no longer idle.  And
therefore will no longer be a candidate for removal.
