Hi,
First of all, Which OS are you using? Linux or Windows? Currently SCIM
can only support Linux like system.

I think your requirement is an input method system which supports many
languages in the same time. Though ideally, SCIM can support Chinese
(Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Korean and other languages, only
Chinese can be supported by current release of SCIM. So SCIM can not
meet your requirement right now. A Japanese input module which uses
Canna server is available for SCIM, but it's in very early stage and can
not be used in everyday work yet.
It's very welcome if you are interested in developing input method
modules for SCIM, in order to let SCIM support other languages.
