If you compile xterm with '--enable-rectangles', it'll understand
some extra commands:

DECCRA  Copy rectangular area

        \e[ Pt;Pl;Pb;Pr $z

DECFRA  Fill rectangular area

DECCARA Change attributes in rectangular area
