The warning for MPR.DLL might not be the cause of the problem,
as an entry in this FAQ seems to indicate.

If there any help coming with DependencyWalker of trying to run
python or so? Or maybe it says, what the other "grey" squares are?

As I am not using Windows XP with Skencil at least I am at a loss.
