I had thought about maybe using gmp, but if OCaml has a native
implementation, why not use it?

"Just for grins" I built SKS on Cygwin. It builds fine, but trying to
build the database dies with:

  $ sks build -n 5 -cache 100 /var/sks/dump/*.pgp
  Loading keys...Fatal error: exception Failure("Bit 7 of packet tag was
  not 1 as expected: 3f")

Any ideas? -mms-bitfields?

Running fine on keyserver.gingerbear.net since ~20:00 US/Central Saturday.

One little nagging problem: How do I set a name for a keydump?
When I specify a name I get an argument count error:

  address@hidden:/var/sks# sks dump 26000 /var/sks/dump sks-keydump
  wrong number of arguments
  usage: sksdump numkeys dumpdir [dumpname]
  address@hidden:/var/sks# time sks dump 26000 /var/sks/dump
  Dumping keys to file /var/sks/dump/1-0000.pgp
