I called ye olde ISP and got a PTR record in place.  keyserver is an
alias for pki

$ host keyserver.colliertech.org | grep address | awk '{print $4}' | xargs host
204.126.10.173.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer pki.colliertech.org.
