The primary question is why do you want to run your own keyserver? Is it
for internal use in a large corporation, then fair enough, but with the
growth in the number of servers lately one has to wonder when there is
more keyservers than users :)

There are currently about 80 servers that are viable to be included in
the primary pool, do we really need many more? (especially additions
then from relatively low-power servers)
