What I do is:
gpg --keyserver 172.29.0.11 --send-key C4739D2D
gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.pgp.net --send-key C4739D2D
gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --send-key C4739D2D
gpg --keyserver ldap://keyserver.pgp.com --send-key C4739D2D
gpg --keyserver pgp.surfnet.nl --send-key C4739D2D
