Update: I followed the past practice of CTT, replacing some translated 
proper
nouns with the original, untranslated proper nouns. E.g., "MIT", 
"Richard
Stallman", etc.
Update: add missing html tags in the translation.
Update: improve fluency and accuracy, rephrase some wordings that may be
confusing to improve clarity

Formatting: I've done this using GNU nano instead of GNU Emacs. The 
80-column
rule is applied manually, and some unnecessary "\n" are removed.
