Subject: [Xlog-discussion] SuSE 8.2 and xlog
QST,
I run SuSE 8.2 and I recently down loaded and installed xlog-0.8-1.i386.rpm
with no problems. My SuSE 8.2 came straight out of the box. If memory
serves me correctly I su'ed to root did rpm -Uvh xlog-0.8-1.i386.rpm
Then I "exited' out of root and back to being logged in as myself, typed
"xlog" and up it came. I could be having a major brain fade but I don't
recall having to install or configure anything else.
Steve
Hi again Steve,
Where did you find the RPM because All I've ever found is .Gz and Bz files.
Which I can't seem to get the right configuration going..
Which distro was the rpm written for?
