For those who want to try it, I have had a first go at rig_set_conf in
the current CVS code. If you select the preferences->settings dialog and
go to the hamlib page, you can enter things like:
"timeout=1000,rts_state=ON"
which configures your port for hamlib.
It is currently untested, will do this later. If anyone feels like
trying it, please do!
Directions for checking out the CVS tree:
cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/xlog login
<hit enter>
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/xlog co xlog
Please read README.developer if you do, you need recent versions of
automake/autoconf to compile xlog from CVS.
There is also some interesting stuff in the CVS tree to turn rig polling
off, for those of you who experience slugishness when enabling hamlib.
I am still on track for a beta release in about 2 weeks time.
Regards,
Joop
