isn't that "<MODE:6>PSK31" means that mode is PSK31 and it's 6 characters long? (even though psk31 is only 5!)

maybe that's why it's rejected by eqsl.cc?

I just checked the xlog adif output. It is okay according to the ADIF
specs. Here is an extract of one QSO:

<QSO_DATE:8>20040920 <TIME_ON:4>1819 <CALL:5>DL0DX <FREQ:3>1.8
<MODE:5>PSK31 <RST_SENT:3>599 <RST_RCVD:3>599 <QSL_SENT:1>X
<COMMENT:4>test

Separation space characters between the different fields are allowed,
but they should not be counted. Xlog is okay in this respect. Some
logging programs seem to use these spaces, others don't.

Joop PG4I

you might missunderstood me there.

when my gmfsk program file a post in the log named bpsk31, xlog convert it to "<MODE:6>PSK31 " whereas the space _is_ counted, and eqsl reject the entry. :)

keep up the nice work with xlog, it's my favorite logging program for linux!
