Miscellaneous/ac_create_prefix_config_h.m4 - OBSOLETED
Miscellaneous/ac_prefix_config_h.m4 - OBSOLETED
Miscellaneous/ax_prefix_config_h.m4 - NEW FILE
the latter replaces all the prior ones that handled
the concept of prefix_config_h - these macros were
used _very_ widely throught the world, so it should
really be okay to give it some time in the deletion
phase. -- guido
