Well I tried to fake that actually - if you look closely you should be
able to see the riverbed under the water. I have all the gfx as layered
XCF files so I can easily make the water more transparent. Since it's
just a texture for now I don't think we need to bother the mapengine
with doing the transparency - that might become an issue if Alex finds a
way to let characters wade through the water though!
